My experience with Zija and Moringa

First off, I am a pretty healthy guy and have been so most of my life. I try to avoid taking medicine if it isn’t absolutely necessary because most medicine have lot of bi-effects. Drinking a lot of water can often cure headaches and things like that for me (and I think for many others aswell). I have always been exercising one way of another. But I have had some problems with my knees and stomach. Even though Aikido is a great martial art that is kind to the body I think that sitting too much in seiza (sitting on my knees) and doing techniques by walking on your knees has made a negative impact on my knees. The fact that I am a little longer than average might also make it easier for me to get more knee problems than others.My knee problems weren’t big and normally I didn’t notice them. But when I was watching a movie at the cinema and I couldn’t have my legs stretched out for a long time I could feel the pain. I remember one time when I was going to stand up after the movie was done. I almost couldn’t stand up because it hurt so much. I can take pain pretty well and after a while it was better so that was just life I thought. I tried massaging my knees but that didn’t help.
I tried to stretch my legs more and I tried to take something that was supposed to be good for knees and joints but that got my stomach upset a lot so I couldn’t take it. I’ve had some problems with balancing my stomach and some food upset it more but nothing like when I tried this. (I don’t remember what it was called).
